In un grande contenitore per miscelare, unire vodka e rum bianco

Aggiungere succo di lime fresco e sciroppo semplice, mescolando con frusta fino a completa amalgama

Incorporare lentamente la crema di cocco, mescolando costantemente per evitare la separazione

Aggiungere acqua per raggiungere la consistenza e il livello Brix appropriati

Filtrare il composto attraverso un colino a maglia fine per rimuovere eventuali grumi di crema di cocco

Raffreddare accuratamente il composto in frigorifero per almeno 2 ore prima di aggiungerlo alla macchina per drink ghiacciati
