Preparate lo sciroppo semplice alla menta lasciando in infusione la menta fresca nello sciroppo semplice caldo, poi filtrate.

Unite rum, crema di cocco e succo di lime in un contenitore grande.

Aggiungete lo sciroppo alla menta e l'acqua di cocco, mescolando bene.

Aggiungete acqua e mescolate accuratamente.

Versate nella macchina per bevande ghiacciate e processate fino ad ottenere una consistenza granulosa.
