In un grande contenitore per miscelare, unire gin, sciroppo di frutto della passione e sciroppo di orzata. Mescolare con una frusta per amalgamare completamente.

Aggiungere succo fresco di limone e succo di lime, mescolando bene per incorporare tutti gli agrumi.

Aggiungere gradualmente acqua mescolando per ottenere la giusta diluizione e consistenza.

Assaggiare e regolare dolcezza o acidità se necessario prima di trasferire nella macchina per bevande ghiacciate.

Raffreddare la miscela per almeno 2 ore prima di aggiungerla alla macchina per una consistenza ottimale.

I succhi freschi di agrumi sono essenziali per un sapore brillante. Filtrare la polpa prima di aggiungere alla macchina. Conservare coperto in frigorifero fino a 3 giorni. Agitare o mescolare prima di ogni uso poiché gli ingredienti potrebbero separarsi.
