Raffreddare accuratamente tutti gli ingredienti prima di mescolare

In un grande contenitore per miscelare, unire prima il succo d'arancia fresco e lo sciroppo semplice

Aggiungere l'acqua e mescolare per incorporare

Aggiungere lentamente il Prosecco o Champagne, mescolando delicatamente per preservare un po' di effervescenza

Versare il composto nel serbatoio della macchina per bevande ghiacciate

Lasciare che il composto si raffreddi e si congeli parzialmente prima di servire

Utilizzare succo d'arancia fresco di alta qualità per il miglior sapore. Il composto può essere preparato fino a 4 ore prima e mantenuto in frigorifero. Aggiungere il vino frizzante poco prima del congelamento per mantenere un po' di effervescenza.
