👨‍🍳 Instructions

    For the white base: blend rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and half the water.

    For the red lava: blend strawberry puree, simple syrup, and remaining water.

  3. 3

    Process both mixtures in frozen drink machine separately if possible.

  4. 4

    To serve: add white mixture to glass, then drizzle strawberry down the sides.

  5. 5

    The strawberry will sink and swirl creating the lava effect.
