Unire rum scuro, Campari, succo d'ananas, succo di lime fresco e sciroppo semplice in un grande contenitore da miscelazione

Mescolare accuratamente per assicurarsi che tutti gli ingredienti siano ben amalgamati

Aggiungere acqua gradualmente mescolando per raggiungere la consistenza desiderata e il livello Brix

Assaggiare e regolare la dolcezza con sciroppo semplice aggiuntivo se necessario

Filtrare il composto attraverso un colino fine per rimuovere eventuali residui di polpa

Pre-miscelare tutti gli ingredienti eccetto le guarnizioni fino a 24 ore prima. Conservare in frigorifero e mescolare bene prima dell'uso. Il Campari fornisce la nota amara caratteristica che bilancia la dolcezza tropicale.
